This desirable DSG gearbox model is in great condition both inside and out. The car drives like the day it was delivered (as all these VW engined vehicles do). It is a joy to drive with the very economical yet powerful 110 bhp (85kw) engine. It has masses of torque and delivers fantastic performance whilst still giving excellent fuel economy. Fleet vehicles which are subject to maintainence contracts are always serviced and maintained by the dealerships and are always fitted with genuine parts and service items including the newest synthetic oils. This makes them desirable in the second hand market. Often fleet vehicles have higher than average mileages but most have mainly been used on motorways, travelling in top gear at low revs, and therefore have minimal wear and tear to the engine, running gear, clutch and gearbox. I would prefer to have a high mileage, ex fleet vehicle, rather than a low mileage car which has been used on short journeys with many gear changes and lots of starting and stopping. Buy these vehicles with confidence and save yourself thousands of pounds.
