Alfa Romeo GTV 3.0L V6 Lusso
I am very reluctantly selling my prized Alfa GTV, it has got to be one of the best around. Stunning blue with very low mileage at just over 75,000 miles, recent GTA clutch, Q2 diff, drives lovely and smooth, mechanically spot on. Blue leather interior in excellent condition, this is a phase two model with the 6 speed gearbox, 17" teledial alloys and lusso styling pack. I have owned this car for nearly 3 years and it has been a real pleasure to own. I have had no problems whatsoever with the car and it went straight through the last MOT without any problems.
It has a good amount of service history and since owning it I have done most of the service / maintenance work myself, as I know what I am doing. However, last year I had the clutch replaced with a GTA type solid flywheel and at the same time had a Q2 diff fitted, this work was carried out by Gus at Alfatune in St Helens, who did a fantastic job. The difference this made is unbelievable, the clutch pedal is nice and light with a clean bite and the car can actually use all its power. The difference through the bends is also fantastic, rather than being nose heavy and feeling like it’s going to plough into the kerb, you can accelerate through the bends and the car just goes exactly where you want it.
It has been maintained to a very high standard with regular oil changes and quality parts used throughout. The condition is great inside and out, with just some small dings and marks to the paintwork, these being from shopping trolleys and careless people getting out of their cars, nothing major. There is also a small scrape on the sill on the passenger side. I have tried hard to show the worst of these in my pictures.
The car has a Ragazzon exhaust which was fitted in 2010 and is showing a bit of corrosion and blowing slightly, this is about the only thing that will need sorting out in the near future by the new owner. For now, this means it’s got a slightly louder growl!
Alpine Bluetooth stereo fitted with cable for I-phone connection and high quality Rainbow speakers fitted in the front doors.
Overall a very fine low mileage GTV, drives fantastic and sounds amazing! I will be sad to see it go and would love to keep it, there are not many like this around now.
