Hi and welcome to this auction for my mother"s Daewoo Matiz SE plus. She has had the car for over 5 years but has given up driving at the age of 85. This car has only covered less than 18,000 miles in its life since 2002. That is just over 100 miles every month! The interior is as new with no marks or signs of wear anywhere. It has electric windows, central locking and a glass sunroof. THe spare wheel and tool kit are unused. The outside has several car parking dings but none are really big enough to photograph and none have broken the paint so no rust. It comes with handbook, service book all past MOT certificates, numerous receipts and still has guarantees for the new exhaust and battery. I even have the original bill of sale from 2002, a heady £7220.00. It drives with no faults other than it has an engine management light on. I took this to my local garage who diagnosed a faulty EGR valve. This was changed but the light was still showing and it has been like this for approx 3 years. This light is NOT an MOT failure as it does not affect the brakes or emissions so we decided to leave it and it makes no difference to the day to day running of the car. It is economical to run, cheap to insure and quoted figures are 44-46 m.p.g. and CO2 band is 161 G/KM. It would make a super second car or ideal for a learner or newly passed driver.
