Daihatsu Hijet Campervan. Great little van, has long MOT. Photos with stickers are the recent ones. Over £800 spent sorting out the engine and there notorious overheating issues. This included a full top end overhaul and cambelt replacement. Since the work was done there has been no overheating and the engine runs really sweat.The van has a full rock and roll bed with 2 seatbelts, this was made for the van and it sits on a custom made ply floor, plenty of storage underneath and in the overhead storage. the large awning is a drive away so onces its up you can go out in the van for the day and just connect up again when you get back. the rear awning like the side has only been used once and only takes 5 mins to put up. Really great for cooking,changing ect if there is just the two of you on that surf trip and you dont want to use the big awning. Awnings cost new last year £280 and £120 This really is a cool little van and im sure you will love it like me. I have always had VW but would never go back. only selling as i have an injury and cant camp anymore. i am a big lad 510 and its not to small for me. Bodywork in great condition. we camped as a family of 4 and this was just perfect. Will consider delivery for petrol and train ticket costs but would need a deposit. These vans are getting a bit of a cult following. can send more photos via email by request.
