Just in we have something a little different here in this ELISE S2
Certainly a project car its an ideal car for a Honda conversion as a relatively low mileage HPI clear Rover base these are very very hard to come by these days. If unsold this is what we will do with it.
The car starts and drives the engine sounds smooth no knocking. Its the base K series so has the sought after short ratio gearbox. As such we can look at offers to supply the car without the engine and gearbox.
The car was left parked for a while but the MOT history shows it was in regular use up to 2016. The reg is AO52 KVC if you want a look.
There is no history with the car although we understand it was maintained by Lotus in Edinburgh right from 2004 to 2016.
There is some damage to the front and rear caused when it was taken out of storage all repairable but it is not crash damage. Suspension pickups and the underside are all good.
