This fantastic LTI TX4 London Taxi has to be seen to be believed, it only has 21 kilometers (yes, just 21!!!) on the clock and has been totally unused - still has the factory plastic seat covers fitted!! She was delivered, along with half a dozen others, from the factory to a Dutch company in 2010 with the intention of it being converted to an electric vehicle. This car was never converted and she"s been professionally dry stored in Amsterdam ever since and never previously registered. She"s been fully re-commissioned with new brakes, new battery, new tyres and fuel lines just having been fitted recently. She"s had a full service and looks and drives as though she was straight out of the box! Truly stunning, with barely a mark on her, inside or out. She has been registered on the HMRC NOVA  (import) system and no tax or vat is due on the vehicle. I registered an identical TX4 with the DVLA just last month and it is an extremely simple process - they even gave me the choice of a "10" plate, or (for an additional fee) a brand new "15 plate"!! I went for the "15" plate, but have decided to leave this decision on this vehicle to the happy new owner and allow them to be the first registered keeper. However, I"m happy to talk you through the whole registration process - it"s very simple and can all be done within a week. She"s also a very interesting specimen of London Taxi as well.....she"s finished in an unusual and eye-catching bright yellow for a start, and benefits from the ultra reliable factory fitted Mitsubishi 2.4i petrol engine mated to a five speed manual gearbox. This car sounds and drives far better than the usual diesel TX4s, this engine is as smooth as you like and surprisingly quick and economical. A lovely car to drive, it steers and rides exactly as it should. Used either privately or professionally, this vehicle will make a real statement!! As can be seen from the photos, she looks like a brand new car straight from the dealership!!
If you"re not familiar with the "London Black Cab", a quick summary :
Seating for 5 in the rear compartment, three on the rear bench, two fold down rear facing seats (all with belts).
Full wheelchair access and ramp for one wheelchair passenger.
