Find out where we are You are looking as a very sound investment, a Lancia Delta HF Integrale. This is the real deal, a 1995cc 8v turbo 4x4 LHD.
The car started life in Italy and was imported when only a year old. It has a substantial UK history.
I bought the car from a keen member of the Lancia Motor Club who had spent plenty of money in the right places.
The car is unmolested and standard aside from:
It has a full BC Coilover suspension kit (purely as the standard strut tops were unavailable at the time!) this was fitted by Auto Integrale who did other work to the car too.
It has been fitted with the later 16v Integrale rims (fitted with almost new Toyo Proxes)
It has a 16v bonnet.
The car has had a full service including the cam and balancer shaft belts, new brake pipes and braided brake hoses.
A Delta cannot be considered a modern car these days, but impressively this one suffers from less creaks and rattles than some. It is a pleasure to drive and always raises smiles whenever it goes, particularly from the driver!
The body is in great condition showing no signs of rust.
The boot floor/turret areas/arches have had some repairs in the past, but this has been done to a high standard and nothing was advised on the MOT!
The alcantara on the interior is a little scuffed and the headlining fabric could really do with re trimming. The rest of the interior is clean and tidy.
Basically the expensive Integrale issues have been resolved and with a little fine detailing this 8v is set to last time.
Although not concours, I feel this is a fair appraisal of my personal pride and joy of over 3 years! Only selling as I fancy a 911 but would consider a realistic part exchange.
