Owned for several years, used for odd trackday hence very low mileage, selling due to various other track bigger car projects, been sat for few yrs as it is, please no dreamers or last / special price timewasters, car was used for fun, alot of fast fun around track. The colour is simply stunning turns heads everywhere. The curves and style of the Lotus body really does come into its own with this colour, not many Lotus in this colour, if they are there north of £25k+. Needs some minor wiring and few other diy jobs/ parts, we was in the process of fitting a conversion type r or s3 engine, so replacing all brake lines and bolts with titanium to save weight, to make perfect if you want to use its original K Series engine, was in process of fitting a type r engine, which runs perfect. Exige shocks/ Bridgestones/ millltek exhaust/ corbeau seats/ standard k series wire throttle control engine.
Could supply a honda civic type r or Audi S3 engine/ gearbox / wiring loom package if required, inquire for a highly competitive price, which is the route will go down if its not sold, nothing wrong with the k series engine but really does need more power to give justice to the legendary Elise chassis and not to mention the colour of this car. Not uk road registered has dvla vin number BUT could be very easily registered via
Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA)
if you plan to use on the road
