We have been importing and exporting cars form Japan since 1997 and of all the cars we have seen over the years these are our favourites. The WR Limited is a great version of an already great car and they are rare and getting rarer. This of course being the MANUALversion is the rarest of them all (we do also have an identical auto car in stock at the same price with the tiptronic box and low miles).
This of course has all the standard Spec B twinscroll turbo features but the WR limited paint and wheel combo (18” wheels wrapped in matching Dunlop rubber) and the stunning suede interior. The stability is enhanced with STI strut braces and the car is finished with stunning big bore stainless steel exhausts and a Zerosports carbon fibre grille.
To be honest we tend not to buy cars with this mileage but when this came up we had to see it as theMANUALs are so hard to find. Clearly we were pleasantly surprised, the car comes with a nice Japanese service history (and of course we have the export certificate – but no one would ever buy one without seeing this anyway I hope!), the cam belt has been changed and the interior is like that of a car with much less than half the mileage. At the end of the day, 120,000 miles (199,000kms) is not high in the UK and she drives great. I personally drove this car from Southampton for 70 miles or so on a mix of motorway and A roads and the car is fantastic, the steering and suspension is tight, the engine and gearbox faultless and the turbo pulls smoothly through the rev range, a real little gem.
The car is a fresh import and fully UK registered with V5 in hand and has been through an MOT with no advisories.

This is a genuine warning as many people have contacted me after buying their vehicle elsewhere and discovering that theirs has done many times the advertised mileage. The mileage from Japan are all traceable via companies such as IMC and Jevic so please feel free to check on their websites before parting with cash.
All cars imported into the UK have an export certificate (they cannot be registered without this) and these also warrant the mileage. We supply a copy of the Japanese export certificate with EVERY car sold and of your dealer is reluctant to show you one or claims that they do not have one then the car has been clocked – period. The only reason someone would not show you the export certificate would be if there was something to hide.
This – and all our cars – are handpicked by us personally in Japan and imported with care using a Japanese customs broker, Japanese shipper, UK customs broker and UK transporter that we have been using since 1997.
