Hello and welcome to my auction for a Mazda RX8 231.
The car itself has done only 50,564 miles and is in great condition for its age.
These cars are lovely to drive and have a lot of factory fitted options, such as heated electronic leather seats, climate control, air conditioning etc.
This RX8 was compression tested in November of last year by Hextable Rotaries with the following results:Front rotor: 7.2, 7.0, 7.2Back rotor: 7.1, 7.0, 7.1
The car is MOT"d until the 2nd Feb 2017. It"s had 5 previous owners and there are two keys for the car.
There is an aftermarket exhaust fitted to the car - a Toyosport back box and a gutted catalytic converter.
As with any 10 year old car, there are a few very minor faults, but do not affect driveabillity:- The key fob doesn"t work - the battery in the fob may be dead. The central locking still activates when locking and unlocking using the key.- The radiator light comes on every now and then due to a faulty sensor - a common fault with RX8s- The headlight level light also appears every now and then - not sure if it"s a faulty sensor but the headlights are fine
I would welcome any inspections. Proof of insurance will need to be shown before a test drive can take place.
Reason for sale is that I currently have two cars and a motorbike and can"t keep all 3 unfortunately.
