Genuine reason for Sale
We have owned the vehicle for last 6 years and when searching for one I looked at a LOT ! This was by far the best, it was top of the range when new with all the toys and body kit !It has had full service every year along with MOT and oil & filter change every six months All fluids changed in 2015 including gearbox & internal filter, diff oil, brake fluid, anti freeze etc.If you are aware of these trucks the biggest failure is the fuel pump seal, ( search pajero forum ) this has been changed twice as the original always goes and I have replaced again when fuel pump had full refurb, had this done as a matter of course, there was no failure of it.
Being the 2.8 engine which is considered somewhat better than the 2.5 as it is chain driven rather than cam belt so no failure or need to change !The fuel tank has been stripped last year and fully cleaned with a new lifter unit fitted as these can been known to fail, again done as matter of course.The front pulley has also been replaced last year as these can de-lemaninate causing problems.New tyres all round fitted in 2014 with less than 1000 mls covered in last 2 years
It has a few negative points, due to the age some paint laquer has faded a little on the bonnet and the roof, also the is some scuffing on the front seats, however none of the leather has worn through and is perfectly fine. The usual various scratches and dings from supermarkets !  
Please remember this car is now 19 years old BUT I would put it against any vehicle half its age !
