Porsche 911CARRERA 4S 996C4S 2004/04
Apologies the first picture and interior pics are the day I bought it. It does look exactly the same I have just not taken any interior ones since then. Ill try to update them but its just the same anyway
WHAT IT ISMy Porsche 911 C4S. I have only had this car for coming on 6 months. Selling due to it not fitting the family life as much as I convinced the missis it would. As you will see from one of the pics I have the only baby stroller that will fit in a 4WD 911 but I have still only had my little girl in it once. (Thinking a Defender will suit better and still be fun)
Unfortunately all its done in my short ownership is go up and down the M1 to work. Its great for the car as its low stress straight line stuff at running temperature in the average 50mph zone so it really has had an easy 6 months with me. 
I have spent money on it in this time to make it perfect and clear all those little niggles you find when getting home from the dealership. (The warranty may be transferable?)

SERVICE HISTORYIt has a full service history. Usual mix of Porsche and then Specialists more recently. I have all the original service books and wallets along with receipts for all the work done. Its fully comprehensive. It was fully serviced the week I collected it and MOT"d. I have just covered 5k since then so I did an Oil service last week and had the IMS check done a 2nd time for piece of mind and it was perfect. I have all the tolerance info on the chain etc from the garage for your extra piece of mind. There are no issues at all with this cars engine. I have become very knowledgeable on 911"s and the IMS along with other stuff through the 911UK forum I am am active member of and my local Porsche specialist garage I have been using so can help you with queries you may have on the car or indeed other cars your looking at if you just want an independent chat about another car. (Happy to help anyone)
MECHANICAL STUFFThere is no faults with anything. All buttons work. All equipment works perfectly with no rattles or bangs or squeaks. 
The air/con is icy cold and maintains a perfect temperature in auto climate mode. 
ENGINE AND DRIVETRAINThe engine starts perfectly every turn of the key and springs to life instantly. There is no smoke or untoward sounds. It comes up to perfect running temperature and sits there all day no matter how you drive it. 
The gearbox is silky smooth and goes in every gear perfectly and the clutch bites at the right point and you can floor it in a high gear uphill and theres no slipping.

INTERIORThe most obvious point of the drivers seat and bolster is great. No collapsing or wearing through of the Leather. I assume Porsche seats are just a bit stronger been German as it is 11 years old in there but looks only 2 or 3 years old. It really is in first rate condition. 
EXTERIOR At a glance its showroom clean. At a look around its exceptionally clean. At going round it with a leather and your Auto-Glym polish you will find a few marks expected with the age of the car (This is how I try to buy a car. Pretend your cleaning it as thats when you really find any blemishes) There are a few little marks here and there but nothing to shout about and nothing that distracts from the beauty of the car. I was planning to take it to my paint shop in December to have the front bumper repainted and then fit the new Splitter listed above just to remove the expected few stone chips but it does not really need doing. Again its just me been me and wanting to spend some more money on my toy. As my commute is at 5am then back at rush hour it has not been suffering from any extra marks on the commute so me painting its bumper would be great as I know it will stay perfect. But thats a if I keep it job now as it wont help sell it for more money as its not a pressing job. 
CAR VIEWING / TEST DRIVESI live just south of Chesterfield J29 M1. You are welcome to come view the car and possibly test drive it provided you can show me evidence of funds and fully comprehensive insurance for my car or hand me the money in case you crash it on the test drive. Otherwise ill happy take you for as long a drive as you need to see the car and as many different driving styles as you need. It runs and sounds perfect.
PRICE AND OFFERSI have listed this as £22k as that seems a very fair price for the car based on private and dealer prices. it a 2004 so towards the last run of the 996 C4S"s. There going up in price now and this car requires nothing. I am happy for Pre buy inspections and even lengthy drives and you spending the whole day on the drive with me. Theres no dealer pressure selling and them claiming to be worth the extra money because they have a flashy showroom. This is an honest car worthy of its price tag and I want you to drive away with full confidence and not cringe until you get home. I start this car every day knowing its going to deliver. Offers are on the advert but you will only get it cheaper if you can convince me why its worth less. Sending me links to lesser cars won"t do that. We can all find a cheaper car but generally there cheaper for a reason. This car commands its figure. 
PAYMENT AND COLLECTIONI do still have some finance on the car from a major finance house. This will be paid off the day you buy the car and will be done openly with you and fully documented so your 100% satisfied its a clear title. I am a commercial airline pilot for a major UK airline and your coming to my home where the car is registered so you have 100% confidence you are dealing with an honest person not some wheeler dealer trying it on. 
Payment would have to be either a wire transfer direct to my account by FPS or Cash but that would have to be done in a local branch as I don"t want that amount of cash at the house for obvious reasons. 
The Private plate will be coming off the car and it will be going back onto its original 04 plate.
Final Note. The car is a proper C4S with all the bells and whistles.  I looked far and wide for it. Its in the right colour combination with the Manual gearbox and the awesome PSE! This really is the wow factor of the car. It sounds 10000% better than 911"s that don"t have it an 20000% better than Turbo models that just don"t have that Naturally Aspirated exhaust note. 
Its an awesome car. If I could afford another car and keep this as my weekend secret weapon I would be a very happy man. (Well I could but it would be a £1000 work banger and thats just not fun)
