Let me explain how the buyer will get V5 (log book), I am the legal keeper and owner of this car, I will go with buyer to the post office and V62 form will be filled and road tax will be purchased at the counter, this very normal process by the DVLA, once this is done Log Book V5 will come directly from DVLA to the buyer. Full hpi is done and copy of this also be passed on to the buyer. My reason of not applying for V5 is not to increase another owner on the Log book as its only one owner car.
