“Suffering from being kept outside, the driver's seat squab stitching is coming apart and two seams are ripped. I stupidly knelt on it one day..The valves gaps need checking and the engine needs to be timed, however it is running perfectly well at the moment. Some paintwork scratching on the passenger and driver doors where the rain cover has rubbed the lacquer off.The indicators do not self cancel, and since the winter the interior fan has stopped working.The drivers side roof panel needs recovering, and possibly new steel inserts as these have rusted away.The chassis could do with a good painting, I used two pack a couple of years ago, but that has already come off.The current window in the rear roof panel has a hole/crack where it touches the roof strut. I have a spare roof panel that will go with the car and the window in that one is fine.”

This is a 1988 Series 1,2.8 mechanical fuel injected TVR.
Outriggers were replaced about 4 years ago, along with fuel tank cradle. The steering rack has been reconditioned.
I have been using the car to drive to work and back regularly, however the roof needs  some adjustments to become watertight. Only a few days left on the MOT, I will put it in for one this week and update listing with results.
Interior suffering from being kept outside, needs a nice warm garage to live in for a bit. Passenger seat in good condition, but drivers seat has loose stitching in the squab section, back of seat and headrests are fine.
Few cracks in the bonnet fibreglass, some paint damage on upper passenger door from cover abrasion. Boot drain pipes unclogged for now. Immobiliser fitted and two sets of keys.
New stainless exhaust from the manifolds back, adjustable shocks all round (absolutelyshocks) only a couple of years old. All tyres good, alloys need a good polish. Wherever I have taken something off I have tried to replace bolts with stainless ones. Brake balance bracket is very rusty but I didn"t get round to fabricating a new one. Steel lower radiator pipe a bit rusty, I have alloy one to replace it with. Both doors have dropped a little, some scoring on the doorsteps, new front discs and pads fitted fairly recently. Interior light not fitted, needs connector from roof wiring to be fitted.
