This beautiful TVR Griffith 5 LTR is sure to be one of the nicest examples for sale today.
Having had an extensive set of works performed on the car from chassis upwards it really does have a new car feel to it.
The Griff starts easily from cold with no signs of smoke or dubious noises from the drive train. The brakes clutch and steering give perfect feed back and inspire confidence and the car drives perfectly with that gloriously sounding Rover V8 still being one of the nicest sounds on the road (Regardless of how many millions Mercedes or BMW spend on their manufactured sounds they are no match for a man in Blackpool with a bit of pipe!
What amazes me with this TVR and what the whole Peter Wheeler TVR generation is renowned for is just how fast it is, easily giving the likes of Porsche a Bloody nose at the fraction of the cost but even moving on from that point the interior for instance is really very nice and different from your typical Euro box with what looks like hand machined aluminium controls and other neat styling touches such as door handle/switch position.
The pop out roof is a neat touch for sunny days and when installed you really do not know its a convertible such is the stiffness of the chassis.
The current owner had EZ electronic power steering fitted which is a really nice addition and has only decided to sell due to a change in personal circumstances. The car will be supplied with a fresh MOT for peace of mind.
If you are in the market for a Griffith this particular car with a mileage of only 68000 and full service history is certainly worth your time to come and see and having personally worked on TVR"s for in-excess of twenty years I can personally highly recommend this car.
