2001 Volkswagen GOLF 2.8 V6 4MOTION FOR SALE
An original spec vehicle with leather interior that has been looked after, driven sensibly and not messed around with. With only one previous keeper mileage is low for the age and is currently 95"368, however the vehicle is still being used to commute so should reach around 95"500 when listing ends.Full main dealer service history (including Haldex oil change) until last service. Last oil change service carried out with genuine parts by main dealer technician, but without stamp.
Within the last 12 months vehicle has had:New radiator and coolant change.New genuine VW coil tower.New genuine VW drivers side rear road spring.Oil & Filter change with genuine VW parts.Vehicle currently has MoT until September however if the final selling price is above £1800 I will get 12 months MoT on the vehicle before hand over as the vehicle has been looked over already and would pass a new MoT.All tyres are in good condition with plenty of tread left on them.
The bad bits:As seen in the 3rd photo the previous keeper has had two small patches on the passenger side rear sprayed due to some sort of knock. As you can see these haven"t been blended very well and are visible.Both front heated seats are inop. Although I haven"t looked into it, I would suspect that the heated elements in the seat bases have burnt out, as this is the most common cause of them not working.There is some scuffing on the rear bumper where stuff has been taken in and out of the boot and on the drivers side wing mirror housing as can be seem in first photo.Brakes can squeal at low speeds. There is loads of life left in both the discs and pads. Performance is not effected, you just might find it annoying. Would require a strip and clean of the pad surface if you wanted to get rid of it.I have tried to be completely honest about the vehicle, but any questions just message me. Cash on collection please.
