Hi,
Here we have for sale my Reliant Robin slx 850 on a 51 plate. 5th to last one of the production line i was told. Becoming quite rare now.
She currently sits at just under 97000 miles (but still in use) and has just over 9 months MOT. 2sets of keys and all relevant paperwork.
I would say she’s in very good condition considering it’s 17yrs old. Although someone keyed her a few weeks back but have tried to touch up scratches. Obviously viewing is recommended.
I’ve owned her since August of last year as a project/transport when I had just a motorcycle licence.
Since then the following work has been done;
New aluminium radiator (September)
New clutch (November)
Starter motor (December)
Engine stripped and cleaned new gaskets all round (January) carb was stripped, cleaned and rebuilt also.
Interior was re-carpeted, and dash and doors sprayed black, Mx5 seats fitted for comfort. Philips Bluetooth stereo and phone dock and upgraded speakers.
New door seals, electric ignition fitted, recently serviced with distributer cap, new spark plugs, thermostat, oil filter and oil.
Battery is fairly new (August) and has 4 new tyres (yes even the spare is new).
Runs without fault and has been kept maintained.
Also in the sale is a box of assorted spares, Haynes manual and a set of HID angel headlights which I didn’t get round to fitting.
