“Obviously the car is not new, and therefore it has various marks it has collected during its 254K miles. There is a small oil leak, and sometimes the engine won't start. This has only developed since we stopped using the car, and seems to have got better since I started using it again. I have used the sunroof, but not for ages, so I cannot say anything about its functionality. Its an old car, so I played safe and have not tried it. The air con works, but is not getting as cold as it should.”

Our faithful family workhorse has behaved brilliantly for the last 18 months, but now it has to go. We have used it as our everyday car, and it has been completely reliable. It has been great on holidays, and we will be including a set of Thule roof bars, if we get a good price for the car. Advisories on the last MOT were a nsf tyre, so we replaced both. offside rear coil spring rusty, its fine. NSF disc scored, but not seriously weakened, the same for the os. Oil leak, but it has never got worse in the last 18 months. Play in the steering rack, it was actually a loose wheel bearing, this has been fixed. The engine was replaced at some point with a good second hand one, the amount of history and receipts that come with this car is incredible, the previous owners have all been wealthy, and the car has had thousands of pounds spent on it.Viewings welcome, and I am happy to drive you for a test drive. But please don"t turn up and try to offer me substantially less than the asking price, I am not desperate to sell. I think the cam belt was replaced at 180 K miles.
