Honda CR-V 1998 4x4
I am listing my Honda CR-V as we have now got a newer larger car to cater for our growing familyThis car we have owned for just over three years and has been amazing, has never let us down rain or shine ( and snow )We bought this car wanting a reliable 4x4, being Japanese it has been amazingly reliable, I have only had to do wear and tear items, service every year tyres and the exhaust, centre and rear needed to be replaced and recently the driver side front window regulator,The only reason we had to get a newer car as this wouldn"t cater for three kids seats in the back, as it has a centre lap strap. This is the only reason we have to sell the car and we will be all sad especially one of my daughters who is very fond of the car. we have used the car to travel to holiday destinations days out and used everyday for trips to school with the kids and been amazing when it has snowed, as we live in the South Wales valleys!You have to remember that the car was made in 1998 so it is not a new car by far, it has the usual marks on the body, and the laquer is peeling of on some of the panels but not massively, the interior is in good condition and the engine and auto box work as they should, the only issues I have had is the sunroof works when it wants to, but never had much need to use it as the air con was re gassed last years, the abs comes on if you go through a deep puddle but still works and the anti roll bar bushes on the front need replacing which I have in the boot to be done or given to the new owner.Overall the car is a great car, we really don"t want to say good bye but it has been sitting on our drive since we have bought our new car 2 months ago, it has ran out of mot but I really don"t think much will have to be done to get it through, when that is done you will be happy with it whatever intentions you would have for it.the price I am asking for I think is very fair and need the space on the driveway as space is minimal at the momentPlease don"t hesitate to email me if you have any questions / offers etc, the car will have to be picked up the weekend of end of auction and only cash accepted as well Many thanks
