1.   Payment by cash/debit card accepted including agreed deposits.
2.   We require Payment in full cleared funds within seven days, or AT TIME OF or PRIOR to collection/delivery.
3.   We have not road tested the car in any way or form so where it is stated that the vehicle runs or runs and drives is implying a MINIMUM of only that for loading recovery purposes at time of advert been placed. It is in no way meant to imply and it must be understood that we are NOT warranting the condition of any of the mechanical or suspension components whatsoever .It is also understood by the purchaser that the statement of runs and drives is in no way attempting to imply that we feel it is roadworthy or safe to be used on the UK roads with or without repairs done.  We strongly advise the purchaser to do any total inspections or checks before any uk road use, as all repairs and any use on uk roads is solely the responsibility and risk of the purchasers/user.
4.   All our advertising is meant to give a fair description and a guide and any mistakes are accepted by the Purchaser as mistakes. 6. By bidding or buying you accept and agree these rules as full and binding and that the winning bid amount becomes due at the end of Auction or at agreement of Purchase however agreed.
7. A 10% non refundable deposit becomes due upon any agreement of the sale of the vehicle and must be paid to cmsporsche before we will withdraw the vehicle from sale.
8. Any agreed delivery payment is required to be paid in full prior to vehicle leaving storage .
