The 12 years that this project has languished in the garage have helped me realise that my boyhood dream of restoring this classic, beautiful Lancia Beta may not come to pass.
I acquired this vehicle in 2001.  Straight away it was garaged and stripped to the bare shell you see here.
In 2001 it was intact and a runner, but in need of restoration.  I have endeavoured to capture the constituent parts in the photos here.  For example, headlights & the hard to find rear lights are all intact and included.  As I said it was intact when I commenced the restoration.
The registration is VRH 266W.  It was originally registered in 1980.
Focused work on the shell should be the main priority for this project.  I have some new sills which were remanufactured by omnicron.  I have pictured these.
I also have some duplicate parts.  There are two lots of door windows, some additional chrome trim (used) & various other bits and bobs.

Sorry, I have forgotten to photograph the rear arches, but they are in excellent condition.  This is a pity as they are the best bit of the car.
