Selling my beloved Homage Lancia PRISMA Integrale Turbo 4WDDue to lack of space and more so wanting to move onto and fund other projects! The car is fully on the road with 10 months MOT.Originally a PRISMA 1.6 IE FWD it is now fully running a 2 litre 8 valve Turbo engine and 4 wheel drive system straight out of a Delta Integrale 8v! The Lancia PRISMA was the saloon version of the Delta!Its an original RIGHT HAND DRIVE UK car! This car is truly a ONE OFF SPECIAL CAR! UNIQUE AND A VERY RARE EXAMPLE of a Lancia with ZERO CRITICAL RUST! I can probably say the only one that is actually still alive and kicking in the UK especially with a TURBO under the bonnet and 4 wheel drive! And not to mention Right Hand Drive with a HUGE BOOT!! The conversion was done by a previous owner but never completely finished it off or got it running right!Ive got it running and driving properly with a complete full service and factory standard tune and set up! I had to finish off some wiring issues it had where certain things were not connected to the ecu so I have rewired the ecu and removed an unknown ecu chip and replaced with a factory standard chip so it runs as per the factory set parameters. It is hitting and holding 0.9 bar boost pressure but ideally could do with a proper Lancia specialist set up to get some more safe power!
The speedometer was not working as the speedo cable was missing and it needed converting from cable to electric as the PRISMA used an electric speedo whereas the Integrales uses a cable!I managed to find an electric gearbox speed sensor from a Lancia Y10 and now the speedo works as it should!I originally fitted an external vacuum and boost gauge but have since replaced the PRISMA Instrument cluster with one out of a HF Turbo Integrale with built in boost gauge and yellow dials. I had to replace the passenger front door as that was rotten at the bottom and managed to find a good door which had to come from Italy in the correct ROSSO MONZA colour code. The new door does have some tiny dings and dents from storage and shipping but NO RUST and is same colour match! All the cosmetic features were done by myself.Head Light conversion to quad lights inorder to replicate the Integrale style, Front bumper and grille cut out and mesh to allow more air flow to the large front mount intercooler, Custom front and rear bumper splitters,Genuine Integrale wheels in almost brand new condition, Custom rear boot spoiler, Genuine HF Turbo sideskirts, HF Turbo 3 spoke steering wheel, External boost gauge and HF Integrale instrument cluster. Also its just had a brand new custom made full stainless exhaust fitted last month.I have fitted a Hawk alarm and immobilizer as wanted remote central locking. The car came with factory central locking and electric front windows as standard and no power steering!!
Never been welded with the exception of the spare wheel well which had to be cut out for the conversionand moved further back to allow room for the rear subframe, axle and differential! The only rust repair carried out by a previous owner was to the bottom corners of the front windscreen and scuttle. Common problem area for rust. All the panels are still original including all the glass which are etched with the cars registration number. There is absolutely too much to list and too many pics to post so please message me for any further information and pictures.
I want this car to go to a true Lancia Enthusiast that will cherish and lovingly maintain it but more importantly not break it for parts etc!!I will include all the spare parts that I have replaced and removed from the car and all the spare parts which I have collected.
